Grilled Salmon Kebabs

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb of Salmon

3 tbsp Dill, fresh

1/4 tsp Garlic

2 Tbsp lemon juice

4 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp Black sesame seeds

1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

1 tbsp Sesame seeds

1 tsp Champagne vinegar

1/4 tsp Cumin

12 Skewers soaked in ice water for an hour

2 Lemons thinly sliced into, rounds

1 tbsp Parsley, fresh

Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Marinate salmon for 30 minutes. Thread on skewers with sliced lemons. Garnish with parsley after cooking.

Serves 5

Per serving: 1 lean and 2 1/2 condiments
