You can choose to do this once or bi-weekly calls depending on what you think would work best for you. This is a call from your coach (me) where we go over your weekly progress and make modifications as needed. We will discuss any problems or concerns that you may be experiencing and figure out how best to solve them. These calls occur for the duration of your time in the program.

This is an app that is included in the pricing of your monthly membership fee. With this app, you can track your meals, exercise and it syncs to your Apple Watch, Fitbit, etc. You’ll get your personalized meal plan from me, too. The best thing about the app, is that I can see your progress and we’re able to go over it together and make changes as needed.

Don’t know where to start when it comes to your weight management? We will go over what type of meal plan would work best for you. If you have signed up for the DietMaster Pro (included in monthly membership pricing), then your meal plan is uploaded to the app. I can also send you shopping lists to your email that you can print out and take with you to the store to make it easier!

We all take some kind of multivitamin a day, right? Well, I hope that you are. The American diet, actually the foods that are available to us don’t have nearly as much vitamin/minerals that our bodies need. Taking a supplement not only helps with maintaining balance, but there are some that can aid in weight loss. Members receive 10% off of vitamins/supplements at all times.
